We are fully available to help you with:

What does the Stylescape theme support include?

Stylescape support covers all questions related to theme features, built-in sections, theme settings configuration, and functionality included with the theme. This includes help with the mega menu, color swatches, header, footer, animations, typography, and every other setting documented on this site.

What is not covered by Stylescape support?

Support does not extend to custom code modifications, theme customizations beyond the built-in settings, or problems caused by third-party Shopify apps. If your store uses custom liquid, injected scripts, or apps that modify theme files, those issues fall outside our support scope.

How long does it take to get a response from Baadthemes?

Our team responds to every support request within 24 hours on business days. Weekend submissions are typically answered on the following Monday. Submitting multiple follow-up emails does not speed up response time — each email is treated as a separate ticket.

Do I need to include my store URL when contacting support?

Yes. Your Shopify store URL (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com) is required so our team can review your store directly and diagnose the issue accurately. If your store is password-protected, include the storefront password as well.

My checkout is broken — can Stylescape support help?

No. Shopify themes do not have access to or control over the checkout area. If your checkout is broken, non-functional, or causing lost sales, you need to contact Shopify Support directly.

Can I request a new feature or customization for Stylescape?

Yes — feature suggestions are always welcome. Use the support form and describe what you’d like to see. While we cannot guarantee implementation, all feedback directly shapes future updates to Stylescape.

I purchased Stylescape — do I get lifetime support?

Your purchase includes ongoing access to theme updates and support for theme-related questions. Support is not time-limited, but it is scoped to theme functionality as described above.
