Cart Theme Settings

The Cart settings let you control how customers interact with their cart — whether through a cart drawer or the full cart page — and customize behavior, messages, and UI elements.

Cart type

Choose how the cart opens when click in the header cart icon:

• Cart drawer – opens a side drawer without leaving the page
• Cart page – takes the customer directly to the cart page

Note: Some options require the cart drawer to be enabled.

After adding to cart

Choose what happens after a product is added:

• Open cart drawer
• Go to cart page
• Do nothing

If you choose Open cart drawer, the Cart Type must also be set to Cart drawer.

Enable cart note

Toggle this to allow customers to leave a note with their order.

The cart note appears in:

• the cart drawer
• the cart page
  (or both, depending on your setup)

Cart Drawer Options

Show “View cart” button

Displays a button inside the drawer that links to the full cart page.

You can choose the button style:

• Primary
• Secondary
• Outline

Free shipping message

Show a progress-style message encouraging users to add more items.

Settings:

Show free shipping message

Enables the shipping message bar.

Shipping bar scheme

Choose the color scheme used by the bar.

Message

Custom text for the message.
Use the dynamic variable:

||ammount||

Example:

Buy ||ammount|| more to enjoy free shipping

Minimum spend for free shipping

Set the order value required, e.g.:

100

Product recommendations

Show recommended products inside the cart or cart drawer.

Settings:

Show recommendation products

Enables product recommendations.

Heading

Toggle + add a custom heading (e.g., “Pairs well with”).

Type

Choose recommendation logic:

• Related
• Complementary

Maximum products to show

Limit the number of recommended products displayed.

Checkout area

Accent background

Adds an accent background around the checkout area.

Show saved amount

Displays the total amount saved when products are discounted.

Show total price inside checkout button

Shows the checkout button together with the total cart price.

Continue shopping button

Let customers easily return to browsing.

Empty cart

Control what customers see when their cart is empty.

Navigation links

Select links to display as buttons.

Button type

Choose between:

• Primary
• Secondary
• Outline

Great for redirecting users back to collections, homepage, or popular categories.
