Filters Theme Settings
Filters make it easier for customers to narrow products and find what they want faster — which improves UX, engagement, and conversions.
The Filters Theme Settings allow you to customize how filters look and feel on collection pages.
☑️ Checkbox Shape
This controls the shape of the filter inputs (checkboxes).
You can choose from:
1️⃣ Circle
Rounded check style — soft and minimal.
2️⃣ Square
Sharp corners — zero border radius.
3️⃣ Button Radius
Uses the same radius as your theme buttons
(keeps your brand visual style consistent).
Tip: Match your checkbox style to your overall UI personality — playful vs. sharp/professional.
🎨 Selected Filter Color
This setting controls the appearance of the filter once it is selected.
Use it to:
- highlight active filters
- improve visibility
- avoid confusion for shoppers
Choose a color that clearly stands out from the background.
Best practice: Use your accent color — but ensure it still has good contrast.
🧹 Clear Filters (Selected Filters Bar)
When filters are applied, they appear at the top of the collection page.
Here you can customize:
Background color
Define the background of each active filter tag.
Text color
Control the text color to maintain readability.
This helps shoppers clearly see:
- which filters are active
- how to remove them
