Size Chart Settings

The Size Chart settings let you control how sizing information is displayed across your store.

You can use it to:

  • Show a global size chart for all products
  • Or display a custom size chart for specific products

Linking a size chart with metafields

To attach a custom size chart to a product, use the metafield:

theme.size_chart

When a product has this metafield set, it will:

✔ show the product-specific size chart
✘ replace any content added in the “Page” setting below

This is useful when:

  • Clothing categories have different sizing systems
  • Only some products need special sizing notes

Settings

Enable size chart

Toggle this option to turn the size chart on or off across your store.

When disabled, no size chart button or modal will appear.

Option name

This defines which product option triggers the size chart.

Example:

size

It accepts only one value.
If your product option name matches this, the size chart button will appear.

Page (default size chart)

Here you can select a Page from your Shopify admin to use as a global size chart.

This will be displayed when:

  • No metafield is set for the product
  • You want a single chart for all products

If a metafield is added, it will override this page for that product.

Summary

Use the Size Chart settings to:

✔ enable or disable the feature
✔ connect it to the correct product option
✔ choose between a global page or product-specific metafields

Metafields = per-product charts
Page = general default chart

And that’s all you need for the size chart setup 🎯
